Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around underwriting files that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
