Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
