Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Maple Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Cleveland, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
