Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Glen Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
