Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Fern Arts Center is an arts centre in Cleveland with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around visitor services that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in visitor services. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
