Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Cincinnati, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
