Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Glen Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
