Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
