Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Ivory Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 736 people based in Boston. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
