Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Boise, ID)

Nova Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
