Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Boise, ID)

Lumen Ridge Medical Group is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Boise. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
