Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Financial and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
