Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Boise, ID)

Nova Vale Markets serves neighbourhoods around Boise with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
