Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
