Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cross Health Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Boise. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
