Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lantern Insurance Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
