Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Field Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records.
