Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
