Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ember Markets and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
