Senior Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Build reports on regulatory submissions that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of regulatory submissions. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
