Senior Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Lumen Haven Medical is a Austin company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on complaint handling that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of complaint handling. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
