Senior Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Vista Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Grand Rapids supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on food distribution that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
