Senior Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group and adding a Senior Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on usage data that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of usage data. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
