Senior Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Orchard Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Build reports on grower contracts that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
