Senior Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Austin plant, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on scrap and rework that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
