Senior Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Thistle Manufacturing makes precision components in Richmond, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Build reports on production lines that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
