Senior Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Silverline Quarry Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on loads and lanes that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
