Senior Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (remote)

Northwind Manufacturing is a Rochester manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build reports on customer orders that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer orders. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
