Senior Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Harbor Freight is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
