Senior Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Des Moines region. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on safety records that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
