Senior Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Mill Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Build reports on proof of delivery that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
