Senior Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Junction Staffing Partners connects candidates and employers across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on timekeeping that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
