Senior Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Orchard Freight is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on claims that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
