Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across St. Louis, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
