Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Rochester, NY)

Bright Lakeside Foods is a Rochester food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on allergen controls that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
