Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Ironwood Birch Energy Group is an energy provider in Hartford focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on hardship programmes that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of hardship programmes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
