Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build reports on regulatory filings that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
