Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Ironwood Fern Farms is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on seasonal crews that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
