Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Portland, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Portland. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on permits that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of permits. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
