Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Ashton Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on loads and lanes that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
