Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on device records that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
