Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Fern Freight is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 281 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Build reports on carrier rates that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
