Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Madison. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on quality documentation that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
