Amberfield Oak Foods Group is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on customer specifications that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP or planning system.
