Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline River Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Indianapolis and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on water quality that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
