Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Bridge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on loads and lanes that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
