Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Fern Freight Group and adding a Senior Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
