Senior Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Energy Group and adding a Senior Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Build reports on billing disputes that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of billing disputes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
