Senior Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Nest Pharma is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on regulatory filings that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
