Senior Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Westbrook Harbor Freight is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on demand planning for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on claims that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
